Marketing Executive HR – Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Validating the CV’s
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Scheduling the Interviews with the Respective team/Managers
  • Building a database of candidates.
  • Joining Formalities.
  • Doing Deal Registrations to lock the customer opportunities with respective OEM’s.
  • Vendor registrations
  • Organizing in-house online/hands-on training and Certifications (All OEM’s) for sales and Technical Teams.
  • Handling of OEM competencies and closing before the timeline.
  • Completing Marketing Competencies
  • Planning and Handling Marketing Activities End to end – Tele Calling, Co-branding, Events Activities.
  • Creating the Activity for prior approval and claiming the same in the OEM Portal for Funds.
  • Coordinating with Corporate gifting Vendors.
  • Getting Quotation from Corporate Gifting Vendors and Comparison.
  • Negotiating for the best Prices.
  • Finalising the Gifts for Co-Branding Activity.
  • Collecting database from respective sales Rep & preparing Customer Database for Co-Branding.
  • Printing GBB Growth Letters & Packing in Envelops along with Labels.
  • Organising Event – OEM’s- GBBPL- Customers (Dell, VMware, IBM, Sophos, etc.)
  • Preparing the documents (POE- ROI Sheet, Invoice, DR’s Etc.) for Claim
  • Submitting the MDF Claims before the deadline.
  • Sending EDM/invites to Customers for events.
  • Complete event coordination to make sure we have maximum attendance
  • Collecting Data Base from Sales team and consolidating the data for all the Events
  • Owning the calling activity (example:- “Work from Home”) assigned to specific teams & making sure the results are appraised & updated to the management
  • Invoice Entries in eSupport
  • Purchase of office needs like stationary , ID Cards etc.
  • Co-ordinating with the branch team for any requirements.
