Responsibilities

  • Build and manage positive client relationships, where we deliver more value than expected
  • Recommend and implement platform leading practices
  • Directly interact with clients, to understand the business challenge they are trying to solve
  • Present solution options to clients with a recommendation based on pros/cons of the impacts and costs
  • Deliver solutions leveraging out-of-box Salesforce capabilities and custom development when needed
  • Coach clients and team members on technical implementation practices
  • Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and open work environment where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and do their best work
  • Take ownership and be accountable for delivery quality and customer satisfaction
  • Internal Salesforce project development

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience and an advanced understanding of core Salesforce product offerings (Sales, Service, Community, Platform)
  • Marketing Cloud experience a significant plus
  • Salesforce CPQ experience a significant plus or Revenue Cloud
  • Field Service Lightning experience a significant plus
  • Self-starting and self-motivated to deliver exceptional client service. Must be proactive in promoting services and teams.
  • Learner mentality – constantly seeking to build professional knowledge and experience. Passionate about staying on top of Salesforce offerings – i.e. AI, Marketing Automation, eCommerce, FSL, etc. We need team members who want to expand their knowledge and bring that to forward in client solutions.
  • Familiar with advanced custom development concepts and patterns, including reliable trigger handling, bulk operations, limits, and know how and when to bulkify
  • Experience building Lightning Web Components and Lightning Components
  • Knowledge of VisualForce
  • Understand and present a platform first mindset – solving problems with the least expensive and most efficient tools available, that are easily adopted and supported by clients
  • Experience with complex data modeling and data integration tools
  • Experience with data conversion/migration, and leveraging ETL tools to accomplish repetitive manual tasks
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with various business systems, and leveraging a range of approaches
  • Comfortable contributing to and establishing leading practices around: environment management, releases management, and deployment management
  • Strong track record of client service delivery – client references a significant plus
  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Dev 1, etc.) preferred
